Automated Cutting Systems for Flexible Materials
The Eagle 100 series is a CNC high speed low ply automated ctutting system. It's capable of equipping with oscillating knife, active round knife, printing tool and various punch tools etc. It is widely running in the industries including composites and industrial textile , cutting room samples design, small batch production, shirts and suits, suitcase/bags and shoes, car interiors and home furniture etc. where paper board, PVC, PE, leather, membrance, rubber, foam, prepreg, garment cloths are cut.

The Eagle™ S135 static table system is capable of cutting, marking, drilling and punching virtually any flexible materials at speeds of up to 60 inches per second (152 cm/sec.). Material is spread across the static table by an operator or with the use of a pneumatic gripper bar. The open plenum vacuum system design ensures evenly dispersed airflow for optimal material hold-down. This computer-controlled system features zoning capabilities to enable cutting in one area while the operator is simultaneously picking parts in another, maximizing daily production capacity.
